Discounts

• Discounts for children under 10 years old when occupying your hotel room as a 3rd person occupancy in a twin room with parent/guardian). Please refer to price list.

• Second week (2 consecutive weeks holiday booking, adults only) - please refer to the price list for discount. 

Surcharges

• Extra days are charged at a pro-rata rate.

• There is a single person hotel surcharge at either hotel. Please refer to price list.

• Airport transfers outside our standard pre-arranged times/days - please refer to price list.

Information

• Children - Options A, B & C are not suitable for most children under 10 years old.

• Children under 16 years old need to be accompanied by their parent(s) / guardian(s).

• We are not always able to take mixed riding options in the same week, i.e. it is better if members of the same group book the same option, either A, B, C or D, but we do aim to be flexible, so please contact us if you are part of a group wanting mixed options.

• Prices do NOT include flights, or personal/medical or riding insurance.

• Prices include meals and drinks with meals, except Wednesday lunch, but do not include the mini-bar or internet pay cards at hotel Emilio or other items purchased or consumed at either hotel and added to your room account. You must pay for any of these items at reception before checking out. Any evening meals (and drinks with meals) taken at the hotels that are booked for you by Viva Iberica will be included in the price of your holiday.

• On collection day (Saturday) only your evening meal is included in your holiday but should you arrive too late then we can usually provide a bar snack (tapas). On departure day (Saturday) your breakfast is included in your holiday.
