Prices for 3, 4 or 7 night inclusive holidays, please

To alleviate the effect of
the currently poor exchange rate between the £/$ against the Euro we are
offering you a special discounted price, for a limited period, on most
holidays booked from 7th May 2008.
No High Season rate increases either.

We accept payment by PayPal/Credit/Debit Card
or by Bank Transfer.
If you choose to pay by PayPal/Credit/Debit
card PayPal will send directly to you a secure payment request for your
deposit once we have received and acknowledged your booking. PayPal will
then send you a further payment request when the full balance becomes due.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer: We
will send you bank details so you can make your payment directly through
your bank.

There are discounts for children under 10 years old when
occupying your hotel room as a 3rd person occupancy in a twin room with
parent/guardian). Please refer to price list for these discounts.
Second week (2 consecutive weeks holiday booking, adults
only) - please refer to the price list for discount.
Surcharges
Extra days are charged at a pro-rata rate.
There is a small single person hotel surcharge. Please
refer to price list.
Airport transfers outside our standard pre-arranged
times/days - please refer to price list.
Information
Children - Options A, B & C are not suitable for most
children under 10 years old.
Children under 16 years old need to be accompanied by
their parent(s) / guardian(s).
Currently we are unable to take mixed riding options
in the same week, i.e. members of the group must book the same option,
either A, B, C or D, but not a combination of these.
Prices do NOT include flights, or personal/medical
or riding insurance.
Prices include all meals and drinks with meals, except
Wednesday lunch, but do not include the mini-bar or internet pay cards at hotel Emilio or
other items purchased or consumed at either hotel and added to your room
account. You must pay for any of these items at reception before
checking out. Any evening meals (and drinks
with meals) taken at the hotels and booked for you by Viva Iberica will
be included in the price of your holiday.
On collection day (Saturday) only your evening meal is
included in your holiday but should you arrive too late then we can
usually provide a bar snack. On departure day (Saturday) your breakfast
is included in your holiday.
